13.03.09 - Wales Rugby Training - Wales outside half James Hook shows off the pink armband which will be worn by all Wales players against Italy tomorrow. The armbands will be worn in support of the team analyst's wife, Katherine Bown and team photographer's wife, Sue Evans who are both fighting cancer.
